Supreme Court rules against unions in Janus case

Today, the United States Supreme Court issued its decision in the much-anticipated Janus lawsuit, and the decision fell against unions. 

The simple result of this decision is that in the non-members employed in the public sector can no longer be compelled to pay fees to unions for the representation they receive. 

As we review the decision and determine the broader scope of the outcome, we will release more information to members via our website, social media and other communication channels.
