On July 11, Local 150 went on strike against Donegal Services in Lemont for committing unfair labor practices (ULP). The ULP charges were filed with the National Labor Relations Board after Donegal fired an employee for engaging in protected union activity.
Local 150 is picketing at Donegal’s headquarters as well and ambulatory pickets are being held at various worksites.
