Highway to Health Expo Information:

Date: Sunday, October 27, 2019

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Main Location/Check-In: District 1 Union Hall 6200 Joliet Rd., Countryside, IL 60525

Registration Website: https://tinyurl.com/H2HExpo2019

If you plan to attend, it is critical that you register for the event at the above Registration Website. This event is limited to eligible members, retirees and dependents of the Welfare Fund or the Retiree Welfare Plan. Please be sure to include the total number of eligible family members that will be in attendance. This will ensure that we have enough materials, giveaways, and refreshments. In addition, this event will take place rain or shine, so be sure to dress in appropriate weather attire, as the expo will have vendors and events taking place indoors (at both the Union Hall and the Fund Office/Operators’ Health Center) and outdoors in the parking lot.

If you are interested in a vision exam, please be sure to click on the link on the Registration Website to schedule your appointment. There is limited availability so register early. For the carotid artery and hearing screenings, these appointments will be taken on a first come, first serve basis on the day of the expo. The vendors and OHC Staff will do their best to accommodate everyone.
