NOTICE TO MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS

Please be advised that the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 150, AFL-CIO (“Local 150”), is engaged in a labor dispute with Liftpro, LLC (“Liftpro”).

As part of its primary labor dispute with Liftpro, Local 150 may engage in various forms of protected activity, including striking and picketing against Liftpro for recognition or to protest any unfair labor practices that may be committed by Liftpro. If a Local 150 picket against Liftpro happens to occur at your facility or jobsite, please be advised that Local 150 has no dispute with your Company. Rather, Local 150’s dispute is solely with Liftpro, and any picketing would be directed solely against Liftpro. Moreover, any picketing by Local 150 against Liftpro will conform to the standards contained in Sailors Union of the Pacific (Moore Dry Dock), 92 NLRB 547, 549 (1950), and will otherwise be in uniformity with National Labor Relations Board law.

As an employer, you have the right to refuse to do business with Liftpro. Accordingly, Local 150 appeals to your Company voluntarily to choose to cease doing business with Liftpro.

Thank you for your cooperation and support.
