Local 150 has reached a tentative agreement with Northwestern Illinois Contractors Association (NICA) and Northern Illinois Building Contractors Association (NIBCA) for the District 4 Heavy Highway/Underground and Building Agreements.
A ratification meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 1st at 6 p.m. for the 2025 District 4 Heavy-Highway/Underground and Building Agreements and will be held at the Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 23, 4525 Boeing Dr., Rockford, IL 61109. Members working under these agreements should be in attendance to hear details and vote.
