Most services are free at a CVS or Target MinuteClinic.
There are some services offered at the MinuteClinic that are cash pay services that require out of pocket payment for those services. We recommend that you keep your MinuteClinic receipt and explanation of services received by the MinuteClinic and contact Member Services at (708) 579-6600 to determine if the cash pay service could be covered under your Family Supplemental Benefit, if applicable.
Be sure to bring both your medical ID card and your vendor card to your visit at the MinuteClinic.
