We are happy to announce a brand new service at our OHC locations!
Chiropractors use evidence-based techniques to help take care of your body. A chiropractor can help improve your strength, find the source of your pain to help alleviate symptoms, and provide treatment plans, stretches and strengthening routines to do at home. In some cases, their natural techniques can even help avoid surgery.
Here are some facts on chiropractic care:
- Helps prevent injuries, reduces pain and promotes mobility
- Treats a range of issues, such as muscle strains, neck and back pain, headaches and neurological conditions (carpal tunnel/sciatica)
- Can help avoid surgery in many cases
Who can use these services?
Active and retired members (including their families and dependents ages 12+) eligible under the Midwest Operating Engineers Health and Welfare Fund.

Meet your chiropractors
Dr. Tyler Gress
OHC Countryside
Tyler Gress has been a chiropractor for about 6 years. Tyler shares, “It was actually always my goal to become a chiropractor ever since I was little. My dad is a chiropractor, so he would always take me to his clinic when nobody was able to watch me. I would dress up in a shirt and tie just like him, and I was always fascinated how he could get patients feeling better almost instantly. I made sure to meet all the educational requirements to become one. I ended up graduating from Purdue University in 2014 and Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2018.”
